The AI Mortgage Pro LLC
Privacy Policy
1. Two kinds of information
Your account information: what we need to run your subscription. Borrower information: what your borrowers enter in the loan application you send them. For borrower information we act as your service provider under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act: we process it only to deliver it to you, and you remain responsible for your own privacy notices to your borrowers.
2. What we collect
| Information | Why | Where it lives |
|---|---|---|
| Your email address and name | Account, sign-in codes, service and billing notices | Our server, while you subscribe |
| Your loan-officer profile (name, NMLS ID, license IDs, phone, licensed states, disclaimers) | Printed on the pages and documents the Service produces for you | Our server, while you subscribe |
| Sign-in records: which computers you verified, passkey public keys, session cookies | Keeping your account secure | Our server and your browser. Your fingerprint, face and PIN never leave your device; we store only the passkey's public key |
| Lead lists you load into the generator, and the campaigns you build from them | The generator's analysis and drafting | Your own browser only. We do not receive or store them on our servers |
| Borrower loan applications submitted through Ava, the Form 1003 loan application add-on (only if you subscribe to it): identity and contact details, date of birth, employment and income, assets, debts with their account numbers, property details, declarations. No Social Security numbers. | Delivering the MISMO 3.4 file and Form 1003 to you | Our server for 7 days after submission, then deleted automatically; also emailed to you as a file |
| Payment details | Billing | Handled entirely by Paddle. We never see or store card numbers |
Ava does not ask for Social Security numbers, by design; you collect those in your own loan origination system. Because the application does collect other sensitive information, every submission is deleted from our servers after 7 days, whether or not it was downloaded.
3. Cookies and tracking
The generator and sign-in pages use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in, and store your lead lists and settings in your own browser. They carry no advertising cookies or analytics.
The borrower-facing landing pages may use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to count visits and see which pages work. It sets analytics cookies on those pages only. It is not on the loan application, so it never receives application answers. Visitors can block analytics cookies in their browser or use Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information, and do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers only to run the Service: GoDaddy (hosting and its Sucuri firewall), Microsoft 365 (sending sign-in codes and application emails), Paddle (checkout, billing and tax), and Google Analytics (visit counts on the landing pages only). Each receives only what its job requires. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
- Borrower applications: deleted from our server 7 days after submission, whether or not they were downloaded.
- Account and profile information: while your subscription is active, and deleted within 90 days after you cancel unless you ask for it sooner or the law requires us to keep it. Billing records are kept by Paddle.
6. How we protect it
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS) on every page.
- Each subscriber's records are kept in their own account; one subscriber can never see another's borrowers.
- Sign-in by verified email and device passkeys; sessions lock after 15 minutes without activity.
- We collect as little as we need: no Social Security numbers, and borrower files are deleted after 7 days.
If we learn of a security incident affecting your information or your borrowers' information, we will notify you without undue delay so you can meet your own obligations.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your account information by emailing robert@theaimortgagepro.com. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including to know, delete and correct personal information and not to be discriminated against for exercising them; we do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it. Borrowers who want to exercise rights over a loan application should contact the loan officer who sent them the link; we will help that loan officer respond.
8. Children
The Service is for licensed professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18.
9. Changes
We will post any update here with a new effective date and email subscribers about material changes.
