Refund Policy
If the Service isn't right for you, email robert@theaimortgagepro.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that first payment in full: the $49 introductory month or a full-price first month, including the Ava add-on if you bought it. No questions asked, one refund per person and per company. Access ends when the refund is issued, and a refund grants no rights to the software (see the Terms of Service, section 8).
After those 14 days, the month you paid for is final: no refund for that month or any later one. You can still cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the month you have paid for, and you won't be charged again.
How refunds work
- Refunds are issued by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
- A charge you didn't expect or don't recognize? Email us first; we will sort it out quickly, usually faster than a bank dispute.
- If a payment fails, access pauses; nothing is deleted, and access returns as soon as the payment goes through.
