Terms of Service

Effective November 1, 2026 · The AI Mortgage Pro LLC

1. Who we are

These Terms are an agreement between you and The AI Mortgage Pro LLC ("we", "us"), 1111 6th Ave, Suite #550 NUM 256928, San Diego, CA 92101, robert@theaimortgagepro.com. They cover the subscription software we offer at theaimortgagepro.com and ai.theaimortgagepro.com (the "Service").

2. What the Service is

The Service is business software for licensed mortgage loan originators. It analyzes lead lists you supply, drafts outreach for refinance and home-equity products, provides borrower-facing landing pages and a guided loan application, and exports application data in MISMO 3.4 format with a filled Uniform Residential Loan Application (Form 1003) for use in your own loan origination system.

The loan application (Ava). Available as a paid add-on, Ava is a borrower loan application that follows the Uniform Residential Loan Application (Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac Form 1003) and generates the matching MISMO 3.4 file. It does not ask for or collect Social Security numbers; you collect those in your own loan origination system. It does collect the other information the 1003 calls for, including date of birth, contact and employment details, income, assets, debts with their account numbers, and property details. Each submission is delivered to you and deleted from our servers 7 days after it arrives. Ava is optional; the rest of the Service works without it.

We are a software company. We do not make, broker, arrange or service loans, we do not give financial, credit or legal advice to anyone, and we do not handle loan funds. You, as a licensed originator, are responsible for all lending activity and for every communication sent to borrowers.
